Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and business details when you fill out a form, register for a training, buy a product, or message us.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers (for example Whop and Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (such as HYROS, Meta and Google).

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for: trainings, purchases, downloads, community access and support.
• To send you emails and text messages about our content and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and reply STOP to end texts.
• To measure and improve our marketing, including attributing sales to the ads and pages that produced them.
• To keep the Services secure and to comply with the law.

Google user data and our advertising tools

Spider8 Media LLC operates an internal advertising tool that connects to Google services, including the Google Ads API, on behalf of advertising accounts that we manage with the account owner's express authorization. Through that connection the tool reads and writes campaign settings, keywords, ads and performance reports for those accounts only.

• We use this data solely to build, manage and report on the advertising campaigns of the accounts we are authorized to manage.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not use it to serve advertisements, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the tool (for example our hosting providers) or as required by law.
• Access is limited to our own team members who work on those accounts. Authorization can be revoked at any time by the account owner from their Google account permissions or by contacting us.
• Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run the Services (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payments, analytics, customer relationship management and advertising platforms), with professional advisers, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and pixels to remember you, measure our pages and attribute results to our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we have a business need for it, such as an active customer relationship or a legal obligation, and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to a text. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing.
