By using the2houraiceo.com, boardroomos.ai or any course, community, download or tool we provide (the "Services"), you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The Services are operated by Spider8 Media LLC, doing business as The 2-Hour AI CEO ("we", "us").

Using the Services

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not copy, resell, share or redistribute our courses, templates, prompts, software or community content without written permission. Purchases are for your own use or your own company's use.
Do not use the Services to break the law, harass others, or interfere with how the Services work.

Purchases, billing and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable unless the offer page for a specific product says otherwise or the law requires it.

Our content and tools

Everything we publish, including videos, text, templates, prompts, software and the AI executive tools, belongs to Spider8 Media LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your business while you have access.

No guarantees

We share what has worked for us and our clients. Results depend on your business, your effort and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, financial or professional advice. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spider8 Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Third-party services

The Services connect to third-party platforms (for example payment processors, community platforms and Google services). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Spider8 Media LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
